Our customer is an engineer in a Italy construction company, he wanted to purchase the security fencing for his construction site. He told us that he was interested in the curvy wire fencing, and he gave us the specs for reference. The specs our customer gave us were as follows:

• About the product and the specs

  Our customer told us that he was interested in the curvy wire fencing, but the top is rolling up, so we realized that the customer need the roll top fencing.

  And the surface treatment of the roll top fencing, we recommended that the customer could choose the hot-dipped galvanized surface treatment, which is corrosion and rust resistance. Additional, it has excellent chemical stability, which can suit different environments. Another surface treatment is PVC coated with various colors. But the corrosion resistance performance is not so as the hot dipped galvanized steel. After comparing the hot dipped galvanized and PVC coated roll top fencing, our customer chose the hot dipped galvanized roll top fencing.

  In the inquiry, our customer told us that the wire diameter is 4 mm, but in the later discussions, our customer asked us that he needed the strongest fencing panel, so he wanted us to tell him the maximum wire diameter. We told our customer the maximum wire diameter is 8 mm, but the price is very expensive, we suggested him use the 5 mm wire diameter, which is strong enough for security. And the customer accepted our advice. So the final specs were as follows:

• About the price

  In the discussing, we sent three quotations of roll top fencing to our customer, which including the 4 mm diameter, 8 mm diameter and 5 mm diameter roll top fencing. The customer chose the 5 mm diameter roll top fencing price. He thought that was the reasonable price and the price was in his budget.

  Then the customer told us that he need the CIF price to Genova, so we consult with our forwarder and got a favorable price of the shipping charge. Then we told our customer about the price, our customer accepted that.

Production and delivery

After receiving the payment of the our customer, we started to arrange production. Because we had stocks of the material, so the production was smooth. Additional, we have advanced equipment, skilled workers and strict production control system, so we can ensure the efficient and qualified production. About one weeks later, all the products were completed and waiting for test.

We have strict test system, all the goods wold be tested before loading, only the qualified products can be delivered to our customers.

Completed test, we contacted with our forwarder to arrange loading and shipping date, all was smooth because of the convenient traffic between Xin'gang port and our factory. Several days later, our customer received the products and delivered to his construction site.
